The impact of these self-care sessions on the women of Tunapuna cannot be overstated. Many participants have reported increased self-confidence, improved emotional well-being, and a renewed sense of purpose. By prioritizing their own self-care, these women have discovered the strength within themselves to face life's challenges head-on and pursue their goals.
Their Graduation ceremony was on Saturday 13th May 2023 and as a token of acknowledgment members of the initiative were presented with material to help with the cause. The self-care sessions in Tunapuna have undoubtedly had a transformative effect on the lives of the women involved. By providing a safe space, fostering empowerment and growth, and building a supportive community, these sessions have uplifted and inspired the women of Tunapuna to prioritize their own well-being. The journey of self-care is ongoing, and with the continued support of the community, these women will continue to flourish and serve as beacons of inspiration for others.

The graduation ceremony marked a remarkable achievement for 39 mothers who have dedicated their time and effort to successfully completing the Body & Bath program. Through this program, these individuals have acquired valuable skills in body care and hygiene, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and techniques to enhance their personal well-being and that of their families.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to Mrs. Dianne Cummings for her invaluable contributions to the Body & Bath program. Her dedication, expertise, and passion for community development have had a significant impact on the lives of the program participants. Her tireless efforts in organizing and coordinating the program have resulted in positive transformation and empowerment for the mothers in the Upper El Dorado community.
